An order--, of the Honourable Court that the entire Mosere Ikogo (also known as Mosere-kogo) Village land more particularly the 30.008 Hectares of land excised to Mosere Ikogo village by the Lagos State of Nigeria Government which excised land is contained in the Lagos State of Nigeria official Gazette. No. 29 in volume 27 issued at Ikeja on September, 1994 at pages 263 to 264 and the boundaries of which land is described as starting at a concrete pillar marked PBP 5115 as described in the said official Gazette--,A DECLARATION of the Honourable Court that the said entire Mosere Ikogo village land more particularly the 30.008 Hectares of the said land excised to Mosere Ikogo village by the Lagos State of Nigeria official Gazette No. 29 in volume 27 issued at Ikeja on 1st September, 1994 at pages 263 to 264 be shared and partitioned into two (2) equal shares of 15.004 hectares each between the Claimants and the Defendants--,An order of perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendants their agents and privies from henceforth laying exclusive claims of the said land--,An order of this Honourable Court that the Surveyor General of Lagos State should share and partitioned the said 30.008 Hectares of the said land in accordance with relief No. (ii) above and ensure that the plan so indicating the sharing be produced and jointly signed by the parties and be made the Judgment of this Honourable court in this suit.
