A declarationthat by virtue of traditional ownership and native law and custom the Claimants are entitled to the statutory right of occupancy of the land described as Sunmonu family land measuring 15.693 acres situate lying at Lekki Town, Ibeju-Lekki Lagos State and particularly delineated in the survey plan No. AKSjLAj2000j050.--,A declaration that by virtue of the notice of villages published in the Lagos State Government gazette of No. 12 Vol. 41 and dated 28th February, 2008, the title of the parcel described at Lekki village excision (Parcel B) measuring 40.053 hectares is on all indigenes of Lekki Town.--,A declaration that all the indigenes of Lekki Town are entitled to the use and benefit of the excised land measuring 40.053 hectares known as Lekki village (Parcel B) and covered by Lagos State Government Gazette No. 12, vol. 41 and dated 25/02/2008.--,An Order on the Claimants rendering account of all monies received in respect of his sales of the Lekki Town and described as Lekki village excision Parcel B measuring 40.053 hectares--,A perpetual injunction restraining the 1st Defendant whether by himself or agents, privies, legal representative from acquiring for his sole benefit the said parcel of land subject matter of excision measuring 40.053 hectares known as Lekki village (Parcel B) or trespassing on the Claimant's land measuring 15.593 with Plan No. AKS/LA/2000/050 which forms part of the excised land aforementioned--,The sum of N5,000,000.00 being general damages against the 1st Defendant for his acts of trespass against the Claimant's land-5000000-NGN ?
