Cost of this Action; A declaration that the Claimants families and the 1st - 7th defendants families are jointly and several entitled to the statutory rights of occupancy over the 35.170 hectares of land excised to their Village Oko Olomi Village in Ibeju Lekki Local Government area of Lagos State covered by the Lagos State Official Gazzette No. 19, Volume 40 dated the 22nd of February, 2007 and delineated in Lagos State Government Survey Plan No: LS/D/BK36 dated 5th February, 2014.--,A declaration that the Claimant families and 1st - 7th defendants families being members of the Oko Olomi Village in Ibeju Lekki had partitioned the 35.170 hectares of land excised to their village in Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State covered by the Lagos State Official Gazette No 19 Volume 40 dated 22nd of February 207 in acordance with the meetings held at the house of family head (Baale) Late Alhaji Adeboye Alli and in conformity with previous partitioning.--,A declaration that the Claimants in accordance to the partition are entitled to the statutory right of occupancy over all the 15 hectares partitioned to them as expressed in the layout plan showing the 35.170 hectares drawn by Positive Group Urban Planning Consultant of 4, Iyalode Street, Agege Lagos State Commissioned by the entire families of Oko Olomi Village in Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State.--,A declaration that the Claimants are entitled to the half part of the 5.170 hectares set aside for development purpose during the meetings for the partition of the 35.170 hectares of the excised land to Oko Olomi Villages Gazzetted in No 19 Volume 40 dated 22nd of February 2007.--,An order formally partitioning the 35.170 hectares of land excised to the Oko-Olomi Village in Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State covered by the Lagos State official gazette No 19 Volume 40 dated 22nd of February, 2007, into 15 hectares to the Claimants and 15 hectares to the 1st - 7th Defendants in accordance with the family meetings held at the house of the family head (Baale) Late Alhaji Adeboye Alli in conformity with previous partitioning and as expressed in the layout plans--,An order partitioning the remaining 5.170 hectares into two equal parts between the Claimants and the 1st to 7th defendants' families for failure of performance of agreed terms and the Claimants shall be entitled to the statutory right of occupancy over the Claimants' half part of the 5.170 hectares.--,Perpetual Injunction restraining the defendants however either by themselves, their agents, servants, privies, assigns or any person whether directly or indirectly connected to the defendants from committing further acts of trespass or from in anyway interfering with the Claimants possession on any part of the families land lying and being at Oko Olomi Village, Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State as express in the layout plan drawn by positive Group Urban Planning Consultant of 4, --,The sum of N20,000,000:00 as damages for trespass committed by the defendants on the Claimants' family portion of 15 hectares of land at Oko Olomi Village, Ibeju Lekki Lagos State.--,The sum of N10,000,000:00 as damages against the 5th - 8th defendants for the inscription on the Claimants uncompleted building defacing the building.--
