A DECLARATION that all that parcel of land in dispute situated and lying at Oko-lle Village, off Golf Road, Lakowe Village, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area. Lagos State, measuring 3.289 Hectares more particularly delineated and demarcated in Survey Plan No: LA/1143189/2009/LA drawn by Surv. L.A. Ashimi, Registered Surveyor, dated 24/11/2009 exclusively belongs to all the descendants of Buraimo Faripo Hassan Family of Oko-lle Village, off Golf Road, Lakowe Village, Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area, Lagos State by virtue of Lagos State of Nigeria Official Gazette Notice of Excision of Village Parcels of land N. 19, Ikeja - 22nd February, 2007, vol. 40--,A DECLARATION that the Claimants in this suit being the direct and the only surviving child of Buraimo Faripo Hassan, is entitled under the Yoruba Native Law and Customs to the management and valid sale of any portions of the large expanse of land in dispute measuring an Area of 3.289 Hectares--,AN ORDER of this Honourable Court setting aside any purported sale of any portion of land from the Claimant's large expanse of land in dispute measuring an Area of 3.289 Hectares to the 2nd - 13th Defendants by the 1st Defendant without the consent of the Claimant, who is the Head of Buraimo Faripo Hassan Family of Oko - lie Village, off Golf Road. Lakowe Town, Ibeju - Lekki Local Government-,AN ORDER of this Honourable Court confirming that the large expanse of land in dispute is jointly owned and managed for and on behalf of the descendants of Buraimo Faripo Hassan Family of Oko - lie Village, without any form of family partition/allocation--,AN ORDER granting immediate possession of all that portions of land illegally sold and or occupied by the r -131hDefendants, to the Claimant for and on behalf of all the descendants of Buraimo Faripo Hassan Family of Oko - Ile Village, off Golf Road.
